We proudly use 100% fresh carabao milk, alongside the best natural ingredients sourced from other social entrepreneurs and local farmers—helping them have sustainable incomes.

Our award winning Gelato boast of Filipino ingenuity as reflected in our flavors – Tablea Chocolate, Turon with Langka, Salted Egg Caramel, Peanut Butter, Ube Halaya, Roasted white and Chocolate cashew.
And we also offer our Premium Flavors such as – Sorvete de Manga, Leche Flan, Vanilla, Bazooka Bubblegum, Dynamite, Tsa’a Latte, Kopi-Oh, Pastillas, Kesong Puti,Tequila Cream, Chocoholic, Salted Caramel Vodka and Ube Crème.
Karabella Dairy’s uniqueness comes from its very source of ingredient which is Carabao’s milk as compared to all other ice cream in the market. Carabao’s milk is thicker and creamier due to its higher fat and protein content as compared to cow or goat’s milk. It is also more nutritious because it has 58% more calcium, 40% more protein, and 43% less cholesterol.
Karabella Dairy sources its milk from local carabao farmers’ cooperative in Cavite. Many of our other ingredients like manga, ube halaya, peanut butter, salted eggs, coffee and chocolates are sourced from local SME’s. Even our alcoholic flavors come from local alcohol manufacturers. We believe in cooperation and collaboration with other local SME’s so together we can help each other grow and provide the Filipino consumers the best Filipino products in the market.
