A Force Ventures Inc. (AFVI) and Magnatech, are two productive companies who announced a partnership to form the eBlue Technologies recently in Taguig City.
eBlue was built not merely for a business expansion. The joint venture goes beyond a simple partnership aiming at sustainable economic development and the progress of the local community. And, by working together with the local businesses they will create new jobs, transfer technology, be a company who’s related to social community and produce their own electronic vehicles and batteries in the country.
The new company also prioritizes environmental values. Their goal is to have a positive impact on the local ecosystem and society through sustainable management. With the advanced technology of Korean companies, together, they can build a better future in the Philippines.

“I am not Elon Musk, but he is my inspiration to produce our own electronic vehicles and own company for battery manufacturing,” says AFVI Founder and eBlue’s big man, Dave Almarinez.
Almarinez, on the other hand, is also the CEO of the ride hailing company, PeekUp — a hardworking entrepreneur, public servant and better-half of local actress Ara Mina, who is also the co-founder and Chief Finance Officer of AFVI.
The whole team is hopeful too, that through the cooperation of the Philippine government and local communities, their aims and visions will all materialize.
Present in the MOA between AFVI and Magnatech are our very own Dave Almarinez, Magnatech’s CEO Sun-Hoo Park (for eBlue). Meanwhile, for the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Almarinez (from eBlue) was joined by Haeman Jung, the of S&Inno.
