The second edition of Miss Tourism Heritage Philippines 2023 was officially launched last October 8 at Bay Area Suites Malate Manila together with the officers and staff of the organization were in full support to ensure the success of the two-year beauty contest.
Chief Executive Officer and President of MTHPh 2023 Mr. Salagost Obnial was very ecstatic during his speech and very optismic that this year’s edition will surpass the inaugural search in every aspect. He was joined by the other officers of the organization that includes Mr. Earl Edward Baludio (Chief Marketing Officer), Robert Bañares Mathies, Sr. (Director for International Affairs), Reginio Joy “Ching” Betito, Kr. (Corporate Secretary) and Francisco Millard F. Zabayle (Administrator). They were joined by Ms. Marila Elen Cita Project Director for Palawan Province, this year’s pageant host.
Six of the more than forty (40) official candidates were present during the launch representing Manila, Trece Martirez, Zamboanga Del Norte, Caloocan City, Iloilo City and Cardona Rizal.
The formal press presentation is scheduled on November 26 here in Manila. The final week of the search will be hosted by the Province of Palawan with major events such as Preliminary Competition starting on November 25 – December 6, 2023 coronation night at City State Asturias Palawan.
All roads lead to the province of Palawan as the host of 2023 edition of Miss Tourism Heritage Philippines featuring the southern part. Palawan is a travelers’ delight as the province has reaped prestigious awards from travel industry bodies both here and abroad for its consistent efforts in preserving its unique natural and cultural landmarks. After this Miss Tourism Heritage Philippines, we will have our International Pageant around May 2024 where the Philippines will be the Host Country participated by 25 to 30 Countries. Seasoned pageant director Sander Andan is the over – all in charge of production and will handle/directing the pageant for two years in a row.
The winner will be the official representative at the Miss Tourism Heritage International happening next year here in the Philippines.
