As one of the leading EPMs in the region, it has received six awards recently from a highly-regarded industry analyst group BPM partners in their annual Pulse of Performance Management event, a testimony to the company’s growing reputation. And a sign of its success they have decided to spread their wings further in the region. With the main headquarter located in Singapore, it has also established offices in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, India and California. And for this year, they have decided to open in the Philippines.

            “Philippines is a very good market mainly because it Is easy to explain to the potential market since there’s no problem with the language,” said Mr. Bhushan. “Most Filipinos can understand English, so it is easy to communicate. Then people here are more curious and always open to innovation. And it is easy to build relationships with business entities.”
           On the other hand, Ms. Go echoed the same observation. She was also positive that Filipinos are more receptive in achieving success in their business and making the process easier. As we all know, the bigger the company becomes, the more complex the system is. ‘And because of that scenario, we decided to  make EPM simpler, more enjoyable, and more effective for business users. We can say that JustPerform is the most user-centric EPM platform,” said Mr. Kranthi Kumar, the Chief Innovation Officer.

           “So far, we are happy with our POC (Proof of Concept),” said Bhushan. “We are doing good with our set of clients right now, except for airlines and bank companies. But we are working on it. As of now, we haven’t found a mature client willing to work with us. And if government offices are interested in our system, then we are willing to show them our software,” explained Bhushan.
           And to gain more clients from the country’s business community, JustPerfom will be more active and visible in visiting companies all over the country, and introduce their services to them and at the same time, build relationships with these business entities.
